We don't just design.

We ship landing pages.

The landing page design agency that ships the page, the build, and the instrumentation — because a SaaS landing page design that looks great but doesn't convert is a $0 asset. Built by the team behind $3B+ raised across 600 startups, who've seen exactly which pages survive a Series A diligence review.

Waveup is a landing page design agency specialising in SaaS landing page design, CRO, A/B testing, and funnel instrumentation for funded startups. Since 2014, the same team has helped raise $3B+ across 600 startups, with $630M in 2025 alone. Unbounce research across 44,000 landing pages shows SaaS pages convert 10.46% below baseline — we exist to close that gap.

Our 4-step landing page process

A 4-step sprint that ships the page, the build, AND the instrumentation — because design without measurement is an expensive guess.

    Audit & wireframe

We map your current funnel (ads/outbound → page → signup), pull the heatmaps and session recordings you already have, and surface the drop-offs. Then we wireframe the offer: hero, USP, proof, features, pricing, FAQ, CTA. Output: a shippable low-fi wireframe and a conversion hypothesis doc the whole team aligns on before a pixel moves.

    Hero + offer design

The above-the-fold is 80% of the conversion. We design the hero (headline, subhead, hero visual, first CTA), the social-proof band, and the full scroll in Figma with component-library rigour — every tap target, form state, and mobile breakpoint accounted for. Accessibility baked in from the start (WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals budget set before we ship).

    Build & instrumentation

We build in Webflow, Framer, or custom React — whatever matches your stack. We wire up analytics (GA4 + Segment), heatmaps (Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity), session recordings, A/B tooling (PostHog, Optimizely, or Unbounce), and CRM capture (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Nothing ships without a tracking plan — so day-one data is the baseline for day-30 optimization.

    Launch & CRO

We go live, watch the first 1,000 visits, and run the first A/B test within 2 weeks of launch (usually hero headline or CTA copy — the highest-leverage variable). Weekly async reports, monthly lift reviews, and a prioritized test backlog. The retainer model means we're still on the page 6 months later, not gone after handoff.

What we actually do on your funnel

  • Strategy
  • Design
  • Build
  • CRO
Start with the offer, not the hero image

Every SaaS landing page design starts with one honest question: what's the offer that makes someone give you their work email? Trial, demo, e-book, webinar, calculator, ROI tool — the answer determines the hero, the CTA, and every line of copy. We run offer workshops, ICP interviews, and SERP reviews before any design work begins. Wrong offer + beautiful page = $0 pipeline.

Hero, social proof, CTA — in that order

The above-the-fold carries 80% of your conversion. We design hero, USP, social proof, feature grid, pricing, FAQ, and footer CTA with the 7-element checklist baked in — USP, hero section, page design, features, social proof, demo video, call to action. Mobile-first, WCAG 2.2 AA, Core Web Vitals inside green thresholds. Pixel work that earns its pixels.

Webflow, Framer, or custom — all instrumented

We build in whatever matches your stack — Webflow for fast iteration, Framer for motion-heavy pages, custom React/Next when the stack demands it. Every page ships with analytics (GA4, Segment), heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity), session recording, A/B tooling (PostHog, Optimizely, Unbounce), and CRM capture (HubSpot, Salesforce). No day-one tracking plan, no launch.

The page at launch isn't the winning page

Unbounce studied 44,000 landing pages: SaaS pages convert 10.46% below baseline. We fix that gap post-launch. First A/B test live within 2 weeks of launch. Hero headline, CTA copy, form length, social proof order, pricing framing — we prioritize by projected impact, ship weekly, and report monthly. Conversion lift is the retainer's KPI, not time spent.

"One of the best decks our investors have seen"
Talk to sales

I have been raising a Series A and needed help immediately, not in a month. Waveup helped in record time; everything was ready in less than a week, and best of all, the work was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone fundraising. I had several investors tell me it was one of the best decks they've seen in a while visually. We already raised $3M from Y Combinator and big US VCs, thanks to the Waveup deck.

Their team is always willing to take time to listen, work with us, and advise without ever making us feel like we're being rushed through any process.

"High-quality insights and on-time delivery"
Talk to sales

We engaged Waveup to perform industry research and prepare a teaser, a confidential information memorandum, and an Excel-based financial model. They delivered everything on time and consistent with the established timeline. What stood out most was their ability to conduct a deep analysis of our target industry and produce high-quality work and insights.

"Strong research, efficient collaboration"
Talk to sales

Waveup assembled data from us and third-party sources to create an investment memorandum for a potential acquisition. Despite slower info flow on our side, they conducted strong third-party research and delivered an excellent document for use with investors. Project management followed a clear milestone-driven schedule and generally met expectations. Although based in Europe, the team communicated efficiently with us in U.S. time zones and produced a document comparable to those from large investment banks.

Who should be your landing page design agency?

Direct-response shops
  • King Kong, Voy Media, conversion agencies
  • Aggressive CRO copy, strong on SMB/DTC
  • Pricing hidden behind a strategy call — typically project-based
  • 11% CR claims but zero SaaS-vertical case proof
  • No stage-fit for funded B2B SaaS
  • Brand voice alienates enterprise/investor buyer
Listicle-profiled landing-page agencies
  • Apexure, Mind Digital, Superside-profiled boutiques
  • Retainer range: $999–$9,000/mo
  • 2–4 week turnarounds, design-focused delivery
  • Rarely include instrumentation or CRO
  • Leadpages benchmarks $2K/mo for 4–6 pages design-only — no build
  • No fundraising / VC proof
Waveup
  • Design + build + instrumentation + CRO under one retainer
  • Same team has helped raise $3B+ across 600 startups
  • $5K/mo Scale (from $7.5K) for focused funnel work — not $2K/mo for 4 static pages
  • $10K/mo Multi-workstream (from $12.5K) adds paid funnel ops on top
  • Ship Joltoo-scale (1,500 pages) or N² Labs-scale (2-week full funnel) — both in portfolio
  • First A/B test live within 2 weeks of launch — no bolt-on CRO

Landing page FAQ

What is a landing page design agency?

A landing page design agency (also searched as a landing page design company) is a firm that designs, builds, and instruments campaign-specific web pages tied to a single conversion goal — trial signup, demo request, e-book download, webinar registration —. The best landing page design services ship as ongoing landing page services retainers — not one-off projects — so copy, design, instrumentation, and A/B tests move together. As distinct from a full product site or homepage. Scope typically covers offer strategy, hero design, mobile responsiveness, form/CRM integration, heatmap analytics, A/B testing, and ongoing conversion rate optimization. Waveup is a landing page design agency for funded SaaS startups: since 2014 we've shipped pages for 600+ companies, with $3B+ raised on products running on our funnels. At the direct-response end of the market, the largest LP shops report $1.33B+ in client revenue and 704+ reviews — proof that the category operates at real scale. Industry-wide, average landing pages carry a ~50% bounce rate and under 10% conversion rate; a real agency exists to close that gap.
