What do I get for my money?
Our team of designers will redesign your existing slides in a modern, powerful layout and deliver the presentation in an editable format of your choice (PPTX, Keynote, Figma, etc).
Can I get a refund?
We don’t provide refunds, but in the unlikely case you are not satisfied with the final design, we will do our best to make it right.
What types of presentations can you design?
We can help design pitch decks, sales presentations, marketing presentations, business proposals, product launch presentations, educational presentations, corporate presentations – you name it! We also have extensive experience with event presentations, fund decks as well as branding identities.
What do I need to get started?
We will need slides with fully ready content to get started. We appreciate if you have a brandbook we can work with but equally can just match the look & feel of your website – or create an entirely new one from scratch. To make sure the expectations are aligned, upon the start of the work, we will confirm with you the moodboard and proposed look & feel for your final deck.
Do you also help with content?
Our standardised pricing packages do not include content work. However, we have a team of VC, finance and fundraising experts who have unmatched experience with storytelling, research and pitch deck writing. For an additional fee, we can provide end-to-end support on your presentation. We are also happy to review existing content and provide feedback on how to improve it if you prefer to initially make the content edits in-house.
What happens if I need more rounds of revisions?
If you need additional revisions beyond the ones included in your package, we are happy to accommodate additional requests at an extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
What is the design process at Waveup?
We begin by reviewing your initial materials. We then determine together the look & feel direction and confirm the design style. Depending on your package, you will either have your presentation designed in one of our existing templates – or we develop one tailored-made for your brand. Once we are aligned on the design style and direction, our team will proceed to design the full selection of slides.
