10 Best Presentation Design Agencies Compared (2026)

Last reviewed by Igor Shaverskyi on October 25, 2026

Your CEO has a keynote in six weeks. Or your sales team runs a dozen versions of the same deck. Or you're raising money, and the deck has to work when you're not in the room. Each of these is a job for a presentation design agency. It's rarely the same agency. This guide compares ten presentation design companies: what each is best for, where it's based and what it publishes about price. Full disclosure: we're one of the ten, and we put ourselves first. Here's the case, so you can judge.

10 Best Presentation Design Agencies Compared (2026)

It depends on the job. For a big keynote, Duarte. For corporate decks and template systems, Stinson Design. For pitch and sales decks with prices up front, Hype Presentations. For data-heavy slides, SlideRabbit. For overnight work in big teams, Prezent. For investor, board and deal decks, pick a presentation design company that also writes the story, like Waveup.

Key takeaways
  1. Match the agency to the job. A keynote, a sales deck, a template library and an investor deck need different skills.
  2. Few agencies publish prices. Of the ten here, only Waveup, Hype and Presentation Geeks do.
  3. Per-slide prices suit slides you've already written. Story work is quoted per project.
  4. Ask who will design your deck, and make sure you get the editable files and fonts.
  5. Design can't rescue a weak story. Settle the message before anyone opens PowerPoint.

Presentation design agencies compared at a glance

They fall into three groups. Storytelling agencies like Duarte and Stinson shape the message, then design it. Studios like Hype, Slides Agency and SlideRabbit build pitch, sales and data-heavy decks. Fast services like Prezent work overnight or by the slide. Waveup sits apart: it builds investor, board and deal decks, from the story to the numbers.

The 10 best presentation design agencies in 2026

We started with the agencies that rank for presentation design searches and the ones other lists name. Then we checked each one on its own website in October 2026. We kept the nine that clearly do this work today, and put Waveup first. A price appears only where an agency publishes it. In our work on 1,000+ decks since 2014, fit beats fame.

1. Waveup: investor, board and deal presentations

Waveup presentation design case study: a $50M pitch deck for a VC fund
Screenshot: waveup.com/portfolio/50m-pitch-deck-for-vc-fund, October 2026

Full disclosure: this is our list. Waveup is a London-based fundraising and growth advisory. Since 2014 we've built 1,000+ decks: pitch decks, LP pitch books, CIMs and board decks. We write the story and check the numbers, then design the slides.

Design-only work on your content starts at $100 per slide. A full investor deck, with strategy, content and design, starts at $6,000. It takes about 2 weeks. Both are flat fees, agreed before work starts. We're the wrong pick for an event keynote or a brand template library. The agencies below do those better.

Best for — founders, fund managers and CFOs whose deck has to stand up to hard questions from investors or buyers.

2. Duarte: keynotes and executive talks

Duarte is a Mountain View, California, firm best known for presentation storytelling. Its creative team builds executive presentations, keynotes, sales decks and template systems. It also trains people to write, design and deliver their talks.

Its case studies include keynotes for Salesforce's Dreamforce and Qualcomm's Snapdragon Summit. Prices aren't published; questions about pricing go to its sales team.

Best for — large companies with a big stage moment, where the speaker needs coaching as well as slides.

3. Stinson Design: corporate decks and template systems

Stinson is a Toronto agency for corporate presentation design, with its own in-house designers. It has worked with global brands and startups since 2009. Its consultants help cut dense material down to a story, and its designers build the slides.

It also builds template systems and runs PowerPoint training. CrowdStrike started with one template from Stinson and now uses it for executive keynotes too. Prices aren't published: every project is quoted after a call.

Best for — companies that want one partner for decks, templates and training, year after year.

4. Hype Presentations (and Buffalo 7): prices up front

Hype works from Manchester and Brooklyn, and says half its clients are in the US. It builds pitch decks, sales decks and templates in PowerPoint, Google Slides and Figma Slides. It also does white-label work for other agencies.

It's one of the few agencies that publishes prices. There are three packages for decks of up to 10 slides, plus a subscription for regular presenters. A simple deck can be ready in 24 hours.

One thing other lists miss. Buffalo 7, another Manchester presentation agency, is the same company. Its site footer reads “Hype Presentations Ltd trading as Buffalo 7”, and both sites name the same managing director.

Best for — pitch and sales decks when you want to know the price before the first call.

5. Slides Agency: pitch decks, sales decks and templates

Slides Agency presentation design agency homepage screenshot

Slides Agency is a small, fully remote studio based in Seville, Spain. It has made presentations since 2014, and its founder leads every project. The work spans investor pitches, sales decks and PowerPoint master templates.

Its portfolio includes a Series A deck for Lenus and PowerPoint templates for ASICS Europe. Prices aren't published.

Best for — startups and brand teams that want a pitch or sales deck plus a template, from a small senior team.

6. SlideRabbit: data-heavy and text-heavy decks

SlideRabbit has designed presentations since 2012 and works as a remote team in the US. Its services cover slide design, custom templates, narrative consulting and data visualization. It also runs workshops on storytelling and PowerPoint.

Its portfolio leans toward hard material: market research charts, biomedical investor slides and text-heavy corporate decks. Prices aren't published, and the budget options on its contact form start at $1,500.

Best for — decks packed with data or text that have to become clear.

7. Presentation Geeks: fixed tiers for a redesign

Presentation Geeks presentation design company homepage screenshot

Presentation Geeks has made presentations since 2014. It designs in PowerPoint, Google Slides and Prezi, and builds eLearning courses and motion graphics too.

It publishes three tiers, each with a starting price. A clean-up keeps your deck's current style. A redesign uses its ready-made layouts. A custom build is designed from scratch, with advanced features.

Best for — teams that want a fixed starting price for a redesign, without a long scoping process.

8. SodaPop Media: presentations inside a full creative agency

SodaPop Media presentation design services page screenshot

SodaPop Media is a creative agency in Lewisville, near Dallas, with a second office in Austin. It has designed presentations since 2004, next to websites, branding, eLearning and trade show graphics.

Presentation work comes at three levels. A polish of your existing deck takes two to five days. A redesign takes one to three weeks. A custom build takes three to six weeks. Animation, interactivity and voice-overs are all on offer. Prices aren't published.

Best for — marketing teams that want the deck, the video and the trade show graphics from one agency.

9. 16x9 Design: events with many speakers

16x9 Design is a US presentation agency with a global remote team, set up in 2017. It builds executive presentations, investor decks, training decks and templates. Its site says the whole design team is Microsoft Office certified in PowerPoint.

It's set up for conferences: dozens of matching speaker decks, last-minute edits and on-site support if you need it. It also builds accessible templates. Prices aren't published.

Best for — event teams that need many speaker decks to look like one show, often at short notice.

10. Prezent: overnight decks for big teams

Prezent presentation design services page screenshot
Screenshot: prezent.ai/presentation-design-services, October 2026

Prezent is a Los Altos, California, company that mixes AI software with human designers. Its overnight service is simple. Send a draft by 5:30 PM Pacific time. A finished deck of up to 20 slides arrives by 9:30 AM the next business day.

It focuses on life sciences teams, and says 45 of the top 50 biopharma companies use it. Plans are priced on request.

Best for — large teams, especially in pharma and biotech, that need on-brand decks turned around overnight.

Also worth a look: 24Slides and Ethos3

24Slides is a slide production service with 250+ in-house designers. It prices per slide, from $11, and doesn't edit your words. Turnarounds run from 24 to 72 hours. It suits teams with finished content and a lot of slides to fix fast.

Ethos3 still appears on many lists as a design agency. As of October 2026, its site describes it as a presentation training company, so go there for coaching rather than slides.

In-house designer, for comparisonSalaryUS average $89,147 a year

Each agency's own website, checked 16 October 2026. Hype also lists its prices in pounds and euros. Salary: ZipRecruiter, as of 16 October 2026.

What moves the price is how much thinking you buy. Polishing slides you've already written is quick and cheap. Writing the story, building charts from raw data and animating a keynote take days of senior time. Rush jobs cost more everywhere. Our pitch deck cost guide breaks this down for investor decks.

Say you need a 20-slide sales deck redesigned, using your own words. Per-slide pricing is easy to check. At our $100 a slide, design-only work comes to $2,000. Package prices are built on a set slide count. Hype's packages cover up to 10 slides, so a 20-slide deck needs a tailored quote. Either way, ask how many rounds of changes the price includes.

If your team presents every week, compare an agency with a hire. ZipRecruiter puts the average US presentation designer's pay at $89,147 a year. That buys one person's time, with nobody to cover holidays or a sudden deadline.

How do you choose a presentation design agency?

Start with the job: a keynote, a sales deck, a template or an investor deck. Then ask to see work for an audience like yours, and find out who will design your deck. Agree the price, the rounds of changes and the deadline in writing. Make sure you get the editable files. The best agencies question your story, not only your colors.

How to choose a presentation design agency: six questions to ask first.

Hire them, or keep looking?

Good signs

  • They ask who's in the room and what you need them to decide
  • They show work for an audience like yours
  • You know who will design your deck
  • The price, the rounds of changes and the deadline are in writing
  • You get the editable files, the fonts and any template
  • They question your story, not just your colors

Keep looking if

  • Every deck in the portfolio looks the same
  • They quote before they've seen your content
  • Nobody asks about your audience
  • Changes are “unlimited”, with no process behind them
  • They can't say who does the work
  • The template only works in software your team doesn't use
What we see
When our partners review client decks, 8 of 10 have narrative problems: no “why now”, an unclear moat, buried traction. Good design makes those problems prettier, not smaller. If a deck isn't landing, fix the story before you pay for new slides.

Here's what that looks like in practice. A fund manager raising $50M for a new early-stage VC fund brought us a deck that hadn't worked. The strategy read like every other fund's. The team slide showed only names and titles. Past results sat there as raw data. We rewrote and redesigned the deck in 14 days. The new version had 19 slides, built for LPs. The fund went on to raise the full $50M. Read the case.

Agency, freelancer or template: which do you need?

Use a template when your story is clear and someone on the team can design. Hire a freelance presentation designer for a tight, well-defined job you can manage yourself. Hire an agency when the deck carries real stakes, like a keynote, a big sales pitch or a raise. An agency also makes sense when a whole team needs one template system.

Presentation design agency, freelancer or template: when each one fits.

Freelancers are often the best value when the words are final. Agencies earn their fee on the thinking: the story, the structure and the data. For investor decks, our agency vs freelancer guide goes deeper, with the signals that tell you which one your raise needs.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to have a PowerPoint presentation made?
It depends on the slide count and how much thinking you need. Per-slide services start at about $11 a slide for a quick fix. Agency packages and project quotes usually run into the thousands, more with storytelling and animation. Before you compare quotes, check what each one covers: rounds of changes, animation, a template and the editable files.
How long does presentation design take?
Polishing slides you've already written can take a day or a few days. A custom deck with a new story, design and animation usually takes two to six weeks. Overnight services exist for short decks on an existing brand template. Leave time for your own reviews, because waiting on feedback is often the slowest part.
What does a presentation designer do?
A presentation designer turns your content into slides people understand fast. They shape the structure, cut text, turn numbers into charts and build layouts, icons and animation in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Many also build brand templates, so your team can make on-brand slides alone. The best ones question the story too.
Can I pay someone to do my PowerPoint presentation?
Yes. You can hire a design agency, a freelance presentation designer or a per-slide service. Send them your draft or outline, your brand guidelines, who the audience is and the deadline. Ask for the editable PowerPoint file and the fonts at the end. If the story isn't settled yet, pick someone who writes as well as designs.
What are the top presentation design agencies in the US?
On our list, Duarte and Prezent are in California, and SodaPop Media is in Texas. SlideRabbit and 16x9 Design are US agencies with remote teams, and Hype has an office in Brooklyn. Pick by the job: Duarte for keynotes, SlideRabbit for data-heavy decks, 16x9 Design for events and Prezent for overnight work.
Can ChatGPT create slides?
It can draft them. AI tools can write an outline, suggest slide titles and produce rough slides in minutes. What they can't do is know your audience, check your numbers or decide what matters most. Use AI for the first draft. Then have a person check every claim and shape the story before anyone important sees it.
Need an investor, board or deal deck? We design your slides from $100 per slide, or build the whole investor deck from $6,000, as a flat fee agreed before work starts.
